Our Trendsi partner will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, are final sale and non-refundable.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Trendsi 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Trendsi will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
In order for SBF to facilitate your return request, you much email us at info@sentientbeauty.shop with the following:
- Reason you are requesting a return.
- Order number
- SBF submits your return request, we will receive an authorization number RA, that we will email to you with instructions on where to mail your return and information regarding the return label and cost. All return addresses are in the U.S.
- All items returned must be new, unworn, and in the original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.
- We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labels.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Sentient Beauty Fashions will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Important Terms and Expectations for Buyers (SBF)
• Not all vendors may allow for returns. It is the buyer’s (SBF) responsibility to check each vendor’s return policy before making any return requests.
• All return requests must be made within seven (7) business days of receipt via “Orders” on the buyer’s (SBF) account page. Vendors have the right to decline return requests that are made after seven (7) business days of receipt.
• Buyers (SBF) must initiate return from orders page the item within seven (7) days of receiving the return shipping label.
• Buyers must be able to explain the customer's reason for their return to the best of their ability.
• Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
• Returned items must be sent in with the shipping label provided by the vendor. Any other methods of return will NOT be accepted.
FREE RETURN
If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a refund request may be made via “Orders” on the buyer’s (SBF) account page within seven (7) business days of receipt and a refund will be issued. The cost of the shipping label to return the eligible item(s) shall be paid by the vendor. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.

Customer must input accurate shipping information in order placement. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address. Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address will not be refunded. Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility. We ship to all 50 states within the U.S. For security reasons, we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier. - Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and typically arrive at their destination within 5-7 business days after having been shipped from the dedicated Fulfilled by FG center. Processing and delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays. Please note that actual shipping times may be subject to courier service and weather conditions. - Shipping speed is one of our top priorities at on behalf of SBF by FashionGo. Once order have been placed, they cannot be modified or canceled.
RETURN POLICY

Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the customer's original payment method. Please note that the actual time for the refund to be posted on the buyer’s original payment method may vary depending on the bank. Depending on the reason of the return request, the refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
