The production process is fully automated and starts in the seconds after the order has been placed. This means that almost all orders will leave our UK factories next working day. However, we feel it's best to under promise and over deliver. So, we recommend allowing up to 3 working days for production and the following amount of time for delivery: UK 3 - 5 days, (U.S.) International 10 - 20. This way the products will arrive well within these timeframes and leave your customer feeling great about your service.

Sentient Beauty Fashions tracking emails will automatically be triggered to send once your order has been shipped.
- Once your order has been shipped, it will show up as fulfilled on the SBF's side and the tracking number will be attached to that order.
- An automated email with the tracking number update will be triggered and sent to your customer via SBF and SBF does not need to do anything on our end.
- SBF will confirm this by going into the order details and "Timeline" section after the summary.
- If it is a split order with multiple tracking numbers, there will be different tracking numbers associated with each part and multiple emails sent to your customer.
Our packages are sent via the U.S. Postal Service, Shipping + Handling rates are calculated at checkout where you'll see your shipping rate, and times.
