Shop Cash Rewards Program

Shop Cash is a rewards program that allows you to earn and redeem virtual currency for discounts on future purchases:
  • How customers earn Shop Cash
    You can earn Shop Cash on eligible orders paid for using Shop Pay. The amount of Shop Cash earned depends on the purchase value or a predetermined reward rate. You can earn Shop Cash at different rates based on their spending level
     
  • How customers redeem Shop Cash
    You can redeem Shop Cash for discounts on future purchases made in the Shop app or on Shop on the web. You can redeem your Shop Cash automatically when you checkout with Shop Pay, or you can manually enter a discount code at checkout. 
     
  • How customers review their Shop Cash activity
    You can review your Shop Cash activity in the Shop app by tapping your Shop Cash balance in the top right corner of the app, and then tapping the clock icon. 
     
Shop Cash is available to some Shop app customers with billing addresses and phone numbers in the United States. We fund Shop Cash, and there's no additional cost to merchants to accept Shop Cash.
