Shipping is estimated based on our product fulfillment centers located in the  U.S. or Internationally and shown when you checkout. We are an online shop only.

US products: 2 - 7 business days* plus est. 3 day processing/handling
Overseas products: 5 -10 business days* plus est. 3 day processing/handling

You may order from our collections that specify where items ship from.

U.S. Shipped or Shipped from Overseas

You must contact us before ordering to request specific information about where your product ships from. We will do our best to provide if it ships from the U.S. or Internationally. We will not be held responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

Your estimated shipping time will be shown during checkout.

Shipping Times

Our fulfillment centers are in both the U.S. and overseas.

As some packages are shipped internationally, you may not see updates or tracking numbers via local couriers until the package is cleared by local customs and entry is granted into your location. If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame, kindly wait patiently. Once this process has been completed, you will see tracking updates.

We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances due to weather etc. 


*Some US products may have a 4 - 7 business day shipping time. If you have other US products with 2 - 5 business days shipping time in the same order, it will adhere to the 4 - 7 business days, even with expedited or overnight shipping. We suggest placing separate orders if you need the 2-5 business days products expedited or overnighted.

**Expedited and Overnight shipping only applies to the actual shipping portion of the order, it does not expedite the processing time of orders.




  Sentient Beauty Fashions tracking emails will automatically be triggered to send once your order has been shipped.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it will show up as fulfilled on the SBF's side and the tracking number will be attached to that order.
  • An automated email with the tracking number update will be triggered and sent to your customer via SBF and SBF does not need to do anything on our end.
  • SBF will confirm this by going into the order details and "Timeline" section after the summary.
  • If it is a split order with multiple tracking numbers, there will be different tracking numbers associated with each part and multiple emails sent to your customer.

Our packages are sent via the U.S. Postal Service, Shipping + Handling rates are calculated at checkout where you'll see your shipping rate, and times.


Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping.

  • You may use our online chat to track your package by entering your order number and
