Return & Refund rules summary 

Orders Shipped to US Customers:

We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

OVERSEAS ORDERS - (SBF Fashions & Lifestyle, Bath & Beauty, Alvina, Furry Family, Glitch, Totes/Bags, Tanks, Tops, Juna) return requests must be emailed to info@sentientbeauty.shop  within 7 days, including weekends and holidays, (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days, including weekends and holidays, of submission to qualify for a full refund. No exceptions. 

U.S. AND OVERSEAS ORDERS- If it is a split package order, (An order containing both U.S. and Overseas items,) the 7-day return window will start from the delivery date of the overseas package unless you want to return the U.S. item, then you may initiate the return for that U.S. item. The delivery date of the overseas item will serve as the basis for determining when the 7-day return window begins for that item. 

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria, items returned after the 7-day window,  are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow  5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • We will process your request and send you an email with instructions on how to return your item. You'll receive a return authorization number in this email. Your return authorization number must be included in your return.
  • Shipping is your responsibility.
  • Once we receive your item, and the return is approved, we will refund your purchase, excluding shipping. Please allow approximately 5 to 7 days.

    1. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days including weekends and holidays of submission to qualify for a full refund.
    2. Email us your return request with why you want to return item to: info@sentientbeauty.shop.
    3. We will process your request and send you an email with instructions on how to return your item. You'll receive a return authorization number in this email. Your return authorization number must be included in your return.
    4. Shipping is your responsibility.
    5. Once we receive your item, and the return is approved, we will refund your purchase, excluding shipping. Please allow approximately 5 to 7 days

    If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

    Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

    We will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

    An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

    An order may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If an order can be canceled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button available.

    If you do not see the "Cancel Order" button, your order is already being processed. Please note, the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.

    Regarding your Loyalty points if you make a return:

    If an order is refunded, the amount of points proportional to the refund amount will be deducted from the customer's balance.
