    Shipping is estimated based on our product fulfillment centers located in the  U.S. or Overseas. Please take note of this when ordering. On our main page menu,  collections are listed with where it ships from U.S. or Overseas. You may contact us before you order and we'll let you know where your item is being shipped from and try to give you an estimated time frame. You will see your shipping time frame at check out when you click the arrow next to your shipping rate. Click this to see your Free shipping rate, and other shipping options and their rate. 

    • 2-5 Business Days for US Products not including weekends and holidays.
    • 5-10 Business Days for Overseas Products not including weekends and holidays.
    • Plus est. 3-day processing/handling 

    If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame and it hasn't been delivered, kindly wait patiently. Once this process has been completed, you will see tracking updates and receive email updates for your packages' journey. We ship within the U.S. and have fulfillment centers in both the U.S. and Overseas. Please take note of this when ordering to set your expectations. If your order includes items from both the U.S. and Overseas (see our main page menu for these listings,) your U.S. order should arrive before the overseas item.

    As some packages are shipped internationally, you may not see updates or tracking numbers via local couriers until the package is cleared by local customs and entry is granted into your location. If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame, kindly wait patiently. Once this process has been completed, you will see tracking updates.

    *Some US products may have a 4 - 7 business day shipping time. If you have other US products with 2 - 5 business days shipping time in the same order, it will adhere to the 4 - 7 business days, even with expedited or overnight shipping. We suggest placing separate orders if you need the 2-5 business days products expedited or overnighted.

    **Expedited and Overnight shipping only applies to the actual shipping portion of the order, it does not expedite the processing time of orders.
